Project Overview
Interactive brand activation booth at Kumparan Mom – Children’s Day Festival, held on July 25-26, 2025, at Ex Taman Anggrek GBK Senayan. A two-day family-focused event featuring educational content about packaged milk origins with engaging activities for children and parents from 08:00-18:00 daily.
Objective
To create an engaging, kid-friendly booth that educates visitors about the origins of packaged milk while driving brand awareness and registrations for activation participation. The challenge was to execute heavy and massive construction within extremely limited setup and teardown timeframes.
Our Services
* 3D Design: Booth structure and interior activation space
* 2D Design: Branded merchandise (beanbags, t-shirts, socks, stickers, lanyards)
* Event Staffing: Redemption team, brand ambassadors (SPG), and theater crew
* On-site coordination and booth management
Results
Achieved a high registration rate with numerous visitors participating in booth activations, received positive feedback praising the kid-friendly and educational booth about packaged milk origins, generated collaboration interest from multiple visitors for future Milk Life partnerships, and successfully executed heavy construction with seamless setup and teardown despite strict time constraints and challenging logistics.
