Project Overview
“Gemilang Menggapai Bintang” Year End Meeting was a comprehensive two-day company gathering held on August 5-6, 2025, at Hotel Intercontinental Bandung. Running from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM each day, this event combined business meetings, team-building activities, and celebration, bringing together P&G’s PHC division to reflect on achievements and align on future goals.
Objective
To create a memorable and productive year-end meeting that celebrated P&G PHC division’s achievements while fostering team unity and motivation for the upcoming fiscal year. The event aimed to provide a balanced experience of professional development, entertainment, and team bonding through outing activities, formal gatherings, and engaging programming that would energize employees and strengthen organizational culture.
Our Services
We provided comprehensive design and production services for the two-day event, developing complete 3D designs for the main stage, foyer photobooth, and backdrop elements. Our creative team designed all 2D collateral materials including custom t-shirts, goodie bags, lanyards, guidebooks, banners, and digital invitations that aligned with the event’s “Gemilang Menggapai Bintang” theme. We coordinated multi-day event programming that included outing activities, gala dinner execution, and class meeting sessions, while managing entertainment elements featuring both a house band and guest star performances. Full event production and venue management at Hotel Intercontinental Bandung ensured seamless execution throughout the two-day gathering.
Results
The two-day event was executed flawlessly with all timelines running smoothly and all client briefs fully met. The comprehensive programming successfully balanced business objectives with team engagement and entertainment. Beyond the original scope, additional support was provided for post-event activities including class meeting coordination. The event effectively celebrated the division’s achievements while strengthening team bonds and motivation. Attendees experienced a well-organized, engaging gathering that reflected P&G’s commitment to employee appreciation and professional development.
